立式三辊压光机的设计
摘要
本次设计参考了上海金湖挤出机厂所研发的产品,该厂从事塑料机械设计与制造多年,经验丰富,所以部分参数的选取是根据该厂多年来的设计经验来的。
在第一章绪论中主要介绍了三辊压光机课题研究的背景,研究三辊压光机课题的意义,以及压光机的基本知识和发展趋势;第二章主要介绍了压光机主要结构的设计与分析,例如辊筒、机架、轴承及其调节装置;第三章介绍了压光机辊筒补偿措施以及挠度控制技术;第四章主要介绍了压光机设计的核心理论,包括其工作机理、影响其效果的主要因素、以及正常工作的条件;第五章主要介绍了压光机工作部分的设计,包括辊筒的加热系统、辊筒的传动系统以及辊筒各部分的尺寸;第六章主要对键、轴、轴承进行校核;第七章介绍了本文的设计思路。
