摘要
水果套袋机械属于高技术、高智能、高竞争的机电一体化产品,高技术成果都会在套袋机械产品中得到应用。纸袋套袋机械可分为折纸、下纸、药板推送、纸袋打开、纸袋传输、折舌、插舌、压平和打批号等功能。
本设计的主要设计内容为水果压紧机的上料装置设计、药板压紧装置设计。完成的主要工作有:
1.综述了水果压紧机的发展历程,发展现状及发展战略。
2.确定了总体方案、套袋工艺,物料的运动方式采用垂直与水平相结合的方
式,从而缩短了机器的尺寸。
3.设计了纸袋上料机构,利用负压吸盘对纸袋进行分离、输送,吸盘由带轮
机构驱动,上下移动。
4.设计了纸袋展开机构,通过槽轮机构驱动带形带对药板进行定量输送。
5.设计了压紧机构,将药板、说明书装入纸袋内,同时完成纸袋的折叠封合。
本设计充分考虑了机械动力学分析,使机械运行平稳。设计过程参考了各类套袋机械设计的长处,同时借鉴了其它机械的优点完成了水果压紧机的设计。本机器套袋能力为50~120袋/分。
本机总体上具有较高的性价比,具有很强的竞争力和很好的发展前景。
