摘要:菠萝去皮是所有菠萝制品加工工艺过程的重要环节,目前存在的各种去皮方法都各自有其一定的局限性。随着菠萝产业的发展和我国社会经济的进步,如何寻找一种优质、高效、节能几环保的菠萝剥皮方法己成为菠萝加工工艺过程中迫切需要解决的问题。本文主要介绍了以切削原理为基础的、适合食品加工工厂等场所使用的大型菠萝去皮机的设计要点、工作原理和设备组成。
