摘要 本文设计了一种人力香菇菌袋扎透气孔的机械装置，具有孔距均匀，操作简单，最好采用人力操作，可满足对小机械加工作坊对香菇菌袋扎透气加工的生产需要。该机主要由脚踏动力、滑轮组、导向装置、插针、机架组成。该机工作时，手动将菌袋放进套筒，然后踩动脚踏，即可将扎针插进菌袋操作，采用杠杆原理，具有操作简单，省力特点。本文主要分析了香菇菌袋扎孔机的工作原理，并对主要零部件进行了设计计算。 关键词：香菇菌袋；扎孔；人力；脚踏 Abstract This paper desig
