汽车增压双孔三合一垫片冲压模具设计 摘要 模具行业是当今世界发展最快的行业之一,而其中冷冲模也是其中发展较快的种类。很多零件的生产都离不开冷冲模,冲压制品已在工业,农业,国防和日常生活中的方面得到广泛应用,特别是在机械业中则为突出。机械产品的外壳大部分是冲压制品,产品性能的提高要求高素质的冲压模具和冲压性能,成型工艺和制品的设计。因此研究冷冲模对了解零件的生产过程和提高零件的质量有很大的意义 冷冲冲裁模主要用于金属制品的成型,他是冲压制品生产中十分重要的工艺装置。本设计介绍了冷冲模的工作原理,冲压过程及装配情况和主要零部件的设计。此模具是一副通过本设计可以对冷冲模有一个初步的认识,也意识到了设计中的一些细节问题。冷冲模的基本组成是:上下模座、上模垫板、下模垫板、下模固定板、凹模、凸模、凸凹模、导柱导套、卸料板。 冲裁模成型的广泛适用,正是我这个设计的根本出发点。 关键词:冲孔;落料;设计 Car Booster Double Orifice Triad Gasket Stampi
