DP31-250机械压力机主机及传动系统设计
DESIGN OF THE MAIN ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION SYSTEM OF DP31-250 MECHANICAL PRESS
摘要
分析了压力机的发展历史背景,参阅了各类压力机的文章文献,基本确立了本次设计的设计思路,本次设计的题目是DP31-250机械压力机主机及传动系统设计。本次设计的主要工作结构是曲柄滑块。其主要设计内容有压力机组成、分类及工作原理的掌握。对滑块进行运动分析;设计和计算偏心齿轮芯轴;对电动机进行选择和确定;完成飞轮的设计;完成传动系统中轴和齿轮的设计与计算等,并对压力机做了一些受力分析和强度校核的计算,使组件的参数能够符合设计的要求,验证出各部位的结构是合理可行的。
最后,通过cad和creo这些绘图软件完成了对压力机的三维实体造型、装配图及主要零部件图的设计与绘制,灵活运用各种知识串联设计出了一个符合设计要求的压力机及其说明书,并分析得出此次压力机的设计是可行的。
