ZA400-560泵体成形工艺设计 摘要 本主要内容是ZA400-560泵体成形工艺设计。首先讲述了当前海内外泵体的发展趋势、国内泵体的研究水平与国外的差距以及当前国内铸造行业的发展形式。同时对本次设计泵体的材料进行了了解,本次铸件的材料为3A钢,属于双向不锈钢材料,其型号相当于国内的25Cr-5Ni-Mo-N。其次本文对泵体的构造进行了分析,对零件中的不合理结构进行更改,优化了泵体的结构。依据泵体的构造,确定了泵体的浇注位置与分型面。同时还计算了泵体的铸造工艺参数,包括铸件圆角的选择、不铸孔的确定、机械加工余量的等级以及砂芯的设计等。并且本文还对冒口、浇注系统进行了计算和设计:冒口的设计方法为模数法;浇注系统选择开放式浇注并以底注的方式进行浇注。在文中对浇注系统的各浇道的尺寸进行了详细的计算和设计并对铸造的型砂进行了选择确定。在进行浇注时将金属液的温度设定为1500℃。之后按着铸造工艺图设计了模型图和芯盒图。最后确定了该泵体在浇注成形后所要进行的热处理方式和热处理温度:热处理为固溶处理,在1060℃进行保温。 关键词:3A钢;泵体;铸造;热处理 Abstract The mai
