橡皮泥按压器底座注塑模具设计及型腔加工仿真 DESIGN OF INJECTION MOLDING FOR GLAZE PRESSING PRESSURE BASEMENT AND CAVITY MACHINING SIMULATION 摘要 橡皮泥按压器底座是家庭儿童玩具用品,日益激烈的市场竞争要求企业降低成本、高效率地开发新产品,提高对市场的响应速度。本课题要求根据提供的橡皮泥按压器底座实物进行测绘并完成零件的模型重构,然后利用模流分析软件Moldflow分析塑件、优化工艺参数,通过Creo完成模具整幅3D设计,结合AutoCAD完成模具的2D装配图及零件图的设计。进而改进传统注塑模具设计方法、加快模具设计速率、节约制造成本。 基于Creo建模和Moldflow模流分析的橡皮泥按压器底座注塑模具设计,其方案如下: (1)确定型腔数目和排列方式为一模两腔。 (2)应用Creo软件“自上而下”的设计理念以及其强大的模具设计功能完成橡皮泥按压器底座产品的模型重构、拔模角度分析、分型面设计、型芯型腔、滑块等关键零部件设计;利用EMX插件完成模架加载、浇注系统、冷却系统、侧向抽芯机构、推出机构等机构的设计。 (3)应用Moldflow软件分析,找出塑件的几何中心位置,模拟并计算塑件的翘曲变形,塑件熔体的流动性分析,检验冷却系统的冷却能力。若有较大的成型缺陷采取对工艺参数优化或者变更塑件结构的方法调整。 (4)使用Creo软件进行数控编程,并对型腔进行加工仿真。 关键词注塑模具;橡皮泥按压器底座;模流分析;加工仿真 Abstract Plastici
