鼠标底座注塑模具设计
摘要
鼠标底座是为了让鼠标平稳的滑动,精准的掌控鼠标移动。本次采用的注塑。随着注塑技术的发展,在工程机械和生活中,大部分的零部件,可以依靠模具成型。然而,上与发达国家相比。所以我们要大力推进这门学科及其产业的科技进步与基础建设。
本次是用UG拟态进行3D绘图。在对本设计开始时候,新根据对工件的加工性分析,已经明确了模具定模布局的方案,并根据模具的布局方案选取合适的注塑机,设计合模机构,接着设计流道系统,然后是工件顶出装置以及冷却系统的设计。经过以上步骤完成了此次设计,让鼠标使用起来方便、灵敏、准确。
