全自动洗衣机设计 摘要 起止至今,市场上的洗衣机各式各样,有波轮式、搅拌式、新型揉搓式等等,每种洗衣机都各有优势,虽然在前一代的基础上不断更新。但人们的要求也接连不断。一方面人们意识到如今环境问题的严重性,加上人们环保意识的提高,人们对洗衣机的环保意识也加强了,既要衣服清洗干净,也要节水,节电甚至节约洗衣液。另一方面时尚品牌的出现,生活质量的提高,人们对奢侈品的需求量越来越大,之前的洗衣机多少都会出现洗涤不干净,漂洗不好,甚至洗涤过程中损坏衣物等现象,以及在现在自动化,智能化的时代,洗衣机从半自动状态到PLC技术控制的全自动状态下,洗衣机依旧在更新,但它依旧面对各种问题。由此新型揉搓式洗衣机的出现加上超声波清洗的原理时本次设计的内容,并同时对洗衣机的PLC控制进行了改编。 关键词:超声波;揉搓;PLC控制;节水 ABSTRACT Start-stop, the washi
