红薯收获机的设计与仿真
DESIGN AND SIMULATION OF SWEET POTATO HARVESTER
摘要
本说明书设计了4tu-2型红薯收获机的收集和分离系统,并对机器开挖的主要部件和器官进行了系统的设计。
红薯收获机的总体设计:传动装置,分离装置和挖掘装置。传动装置由通用联轴器和链条传动机构组成,分离装置的分离是通过将分离杆从连杆系统分离而将脂肪从支架杆和底板料仓中分离出来;挖掘由独立的刀片,固定板和角度调整机构组成。
该机器的结构主要由拖拉机减速器,摆动轮,电动机,平台,挖掘机,传动链和地轮组成。拖拉机通过减速器和连接轮中的负载轮驱动能量传输,这导致链条,促进分离单元的移动,将挖出的红薯运送到收集和分离的箱子通过摇摆轮的作用,将红薯和碎石分开。
