摘要
矿用回柱绞车称之为慢速绞车,是一种起升机械,用于从上部工作柱拆卸和回收机械设备。
牵引力高,牵引缓慢是矿山后面绞车的主要特点。在这一点上,中国的煤炭工业正在快速增长。在地下采矿工作中,当煤层的一侧完成时,需要进行封盖。由于后立柱的操作是危险的工作,员工不能直接进入塔顶,金属成本高。如果柱子是手动回收的,安全性低,效率低。此时,返回绞车可以设置在远离返回塔的空柱的危险部分的安全区域中,并且上部柱被电缆吊钩头拉动并收回。由于重量减轻和重量轻,不仅需要薄煤层,而且还需要陡倾的煤矿,以及回收金属棒的各个方面,这些金属棒沉入土壤或被蛭石掩埋。除了绞车立柱可用于返回顶部立柱工作外,还可用于搬运重物和运输车辆。针对现代工业生产的高生产率和先进的技术经济指标,绞盘回收利用既经济又快速。
