液压缸带式输送机液压拉紧系统设计 DESIGN OF HYDRAULIC TENSIONING SYSTEM FOR BELT CONVEYOR WITH HYDRAULIC CYLINDRE 摘要 随着当代科技的发展,带式输送机的用途正在发生日异月新的变化。带液压油缸的带式输送机发展尤为迅速,其性能功率正影响着机械行业的各个领域。作为机械专业的一名大学生面对我们国家的机械行业的壮大感到深深的震撼。在带式输送机的制启过程中,研究力的变化对带式输送机使用寿命的影响尤为重要。在此过程中,拉紧力变化应与带式输送机张力变化相适应,对此研究带式输送机动态变化成为我们去探讨的重点。 在本次的带液压油缸的带式输送机液压拉紧系统设计中,我们的设计应本着一些基本原则:在电机启动过程中,拉紧力变化应该在电机驱动力变化范围之内,不应超出电机载荷;在电机制动过程中,皮带张力应自动松弛以减缓对带式输送机造成的负面影响。自适用拉紧系统在本次的设计中起到关键作用,不仅如此,其他行业对自适用控制理论的应用更为广泛。采用液压拉紧装置可以很轻松的解决皮带传动过程中存在的拉紧问题,能实现传动过程中拉紧控制的调节,使带式输送机的制启过程有效方便的进行。 关键词;带液压油缸;带式输送机;液压拉紧装置;拉紧力;皮带张力 Abstract With the developme
