ng. 摘要 随着改革开放的不断发展,科学技术的不断进步,现代机械加工企业对生产效率的需求可谓日益增高。故而,大额度与大批量产品制造是现代生产的发展趋势,本次设计的背景就是在这样的情况暂开的。本设计涉及的拨叉是大体是支托作用的构件,承担一定的外作用力的负荷,使零部件之内保持合适的空间位置。故而拨叉加工质量为零件影响尤为重要,甚至影响到零件的工作状态,我自己对此展开深入研究。 零件加工设计牵扯的有关内容有点多,零件加工工艺色剂是理论课、技术课与专业知识课的整体,是学习完毕零件加工工业基础,并且举行了训练的基础之上展开的。本次设计是对我们大学里面所有的课程一次总复习,也是一次基于理论与实际相结合的训练。故而,它当我自己学习生活之中占有关键的位置。遵照该次设计加强对理论知识的学习,并把理论知识和实际联系起来,为我以后的工作打下扎实的基矗 这次设计使我们学生能整体应用零件加工的底层理论,并连系产品制造职业实习中获得的工程知识,独立剖析和处理工艺文件。使我们学生具备设计一种中等难易要求零部件的制造工艺规划的实力和掌握应用夹紧机构设计的基本理论与方法,同时熟悉和应用设计指南、设计标准等技术文献及撰写技术文献等基本能力。通过这次设计让我以前学的知识《机械设计》、《机械原理》、《机械制造基捶、《机械工程材料》特别好的有机的串联起来。 关键词生产制造;夹具设计;CAD绘图 Abstract With the co
