摘要 到目前为止,夹具仍是重要的机电工具,用户只需要按品种,选择购买规格。根据夹具的范围,可分为一般固定、可调式固定和专用夹具。虽然工装夹具和产品息息相关,需要根据产品的不同做出改变,通常模具的特殊性质已经成为一个独立的行业;夹具是先进的当代设计的组合和符合节能原则。本文首先对离合器齿轮零件进行了机械加工工艺分析及规程的设计,然后对4-φ5mm孔进行了专用的钻床夹具设计。 关键词:离合器齿轮;机械加工;加工工艺;专用夹具 Abstract Up to
