车床手柄座机械加工工艺规程及钻φ14H7孔夹具设计 摘要 此次设计内容涵盖了机械制造工艺学、机床夹具设计、金属切削机床、公差配合与技术测量、机械设计等多方面的知识。我设计的是手柄座机械加工工艺规程和针对φ14H7mm孔加工的夹具进行设计。在进行工艺设计时要先对零件进行详细分析,要知道它每个表面、各个孔和槽所要达到的加工要求,接着通过这些要求设计出它的毛坯,并选择好加工时用来定位的基准,关键要确定出每道工序所用的设备及其切削用量;最后针对φ14H7mm孔加工进行夹具设计,在进行其设计之前要考虑好它的各个组成部分,如定位装置、夹紧元件、刀具导向元件或装置、连接原件、夹具体以及其它原件或装置;并计算在加工过程产生的定位误差。通过查阅资料可知这种工件在使用的时候不会经常发生变动,所以在很大程度只起支撑的作用却不会受到很大的冲击载荷,在设计其夹具时还应该考虑这个因素。 关键词:手柄座零件;工艺规程;夹具;设计 ABSTRACT This desig
