凸轮滚子加工工装设计
摘要
凸轮滚子主要用于逆止器中,是逆止器的关键性零件。逆止器是一种防止逆转的装置,它由超越离合器发展而来,主要用于带式输送机中。凸轮滚子具有凸形工作面,它能用于可能相对轨道存在角度不对中,或需要将边缘应力降低到最小程度的应用场合。在工作过程中,当满载物料的大型上运带式输送机突然停止运行时,此逆止器能够有效地阻止因设备和物料的自重而发生的逆行下滑,从而保证设备和人员的安全。
通过对凸轮滚子加工工装设计方案的选择,电动机、减速机、驱动器的选用以及最后通过扭矩的校核来确保加工出来的零件符合图纸的技术要求,以此达到提高凸轮滚子的生产效率,保证凸轮滚子的加工质量,延长其使用寿命的作用。而且,凸轮滚子加工工装的设计成本低,拆装方便,维修容易。
