摘要
在现代社会城市化快速发展的过程中,城市土地稀缺。随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的家庭拥有私家车。因此,在城市里停车难的问题急需解决。
升降横移机械式停车装置是专业的实现各种车辆的自动停放和储存设施的科学储存。摘要随着城市汽车拥有量的不断增加,停车问题已成为城市中普遍存在的现象,尤其是大中型城市。摘要机械式停车库能充分利用地面空间资源,发挥空间优势,最大限度地停车,是解决城市停车问题的重要途径。摘要典型的机械式停车库作为研究对象的设计,考虑到制造和机械式停车库的运行效率是两个因素。
目前国内外车库的现状与发展趋势已作了全面的研究,选择了三层三列升降横移机械式停车装置作为研究对象。摘要从零件的角度对机械式停车库进行吊装和翻译,可分为车库结构部分、传动部分和控制系统部分。
简要介绍了小区的停车装置-三层三列升降横移机械式停车装置设计的结构和特点,并简单介绍了三层三列升降横移机械式停车装置的运行基矗基于三层三列升降横移机械式停车装置的运行原理,力学理论用于分析的结构,框架结构的强度的提升和移动机械式停车库;选择合适的钢丝绳和计算其直径;检查导线的轴驱动系统的强度和轴的强度在电梯系统;选择合适的电动机,设计匹配的减速装置。最后,为了使停车设备符合要求,根据国家对机械停车设备的要求,对标准的一般安全要求,在机械式停车库中使用一些必要的安全技术,包括操作系统的安全和车库整体的安全防护,使得整个车库可以安全平稳的运行。
