停车场升降电梯设计 PARKING ELEVATOR DESIGN 摘要 本次设计以立体升降横移式停车场作为主要研究对象,综合分析立体停车场的机构设计和传动系统两大要素。升降横移停车设备的形式多,既可单台使用,也可成套使用,拆卸方便对工作环境的依赖性低,可以有效解决住宅小区和公共区域泊车位紧缺的状况。 本文以三层三列7车位立体升降横移停车场作为主要此次设计的主要研究对象,对立体升降停车场的结构形式和传动系统进行详细的分析。该类车库根据功能的不同可以分为五大系统:骨架结构、传动系统、载车板单元、安全防护系统、控制系统。传动形式是本文研究的核心问题,其中升降传动更是传动机构的重中之重,升降牵引的主要形式有:链条传动和钢丝绳传动,因此,需要对传动形式的选择和校核进行研究。 关键词升降横移;传动系统;钢丝绳;载车板 Abstract The desig
