双层三列式升降横移式立体车库的设计 摘要 立体车库是专门实现各种车辆的自动停放及科学寄存的仓储设施。随着城市汽车保有量的不断增加，停车难问题己经成为城市特别是大中型城市的一个比较普遍现象。机械式立体车库可以充分利用地上空间的资源，发挥地上空间的优势，最大限度地停车，成为解决城市停车问题的重要途径。本设计以典型的升降平移式立体车库为研究对象，综合考虑到制造和立体车库的运行效率成本两个因素。 本文在对国内外车库现状及发展趋势做了充分的调研工作，选择双层三列式车库为研究对象。升降平移式立体车库就其组成部分而言，可分为三大部分：车库结构部分、传动机构部分和控制系统部分。本文简单介绍了车库的结构和特点，简单的说明了车库的控制系统，依据升降横移式立体车库的运行原理，运用力学理论对升降横移式立体车库的结构进行了全面的力学分析，包括升降横移式立体车库的框架结构的强度、横移传动系统中轴的强度和升降传动系统中轴的强度等。 为了使停车设备满足使用要求，根据国家关于机械式停车设备通用安全要求的标准、升降横移式立体车库的实际，在升降横移式立体车库中使用了一些必要的安全技术，这样保证了车辆的绝对安全，使得整个车库可以安全平稳的运行。 关键词：立体车库，控制系统，钢结构。 Abstract Parki
