5PS型矿用泥浆泵的设计 摘要 此次设计的矿用泥浆泵类型为5PS型矿用砂泵。伴随煤矿产业的不断展开与深化,对钻井设备和工具也不断有着新的要求和挑战。矿用泥浆泵是采矿工具的重要组成部分之一,逐步向高效率、高压力和高可靠性与安全性的方向发展,同时当代采矿业也对矿用泥浆泵的耐磨性性耐久性和使用寿命也有着越来越高的要求。本次设计的为离心式矿用泥浆泵,首先电动机联轴器相接与泵轴相连,通电之后电动机带动泵轴与叶轮转动,这样就把电动机的动能通过叶轮转化为泵内液体的机械能与压力能。由于离心力的关系,泵液获得能量后经过压出室向排浆口流去,同时由于泵体内液体的流失造成叶轮进口的大气压降低所以又会源源不断的从进浆口不断吸入液体,这样就实现了矿液的循环。 按照给定的初始设计参数,此次设计主要阐释了泥浆泵的工作原理以及完成了叶轮、泵轴、轴封机构、密封环及轴承等主体零部件的结构和参数设计和电动机型号的选择,并对泵轴和轴承进行了详细的强度和寿命校核,也进行了可行性分析,完成绘制了叶轮、泵体、压入室、泵轴等主要零的零件图以及泥浆泵的装配图。 关键词:矿用泥浆泵;叶轮;轴 Abstract The desig
