塑料湿润水盒的注塑模具设计
摘要
塑料无处不在,当今世界塑料模具有很大的发展,特别是在注塑模具上。因此,研究了解塑胶制品的注塑模具生产工艺对提高产品质量有很大的意义。本次设计来源于生活,如今电热油汀已经得到了广泛的应用,而它的塑料湿润水盒成型难度大,模具结构较为复杂,对模具工作人员是一个很好的考验,它能加强对塑料模具成型原理的理解,同时锻炼我们的设计与制造能力。
本以塑料湿润水盒结构及其成型模具设计为主要内容,细致的介绍了注塑模具的一般流程。在设计产品结构的过程中,从具体结构的主体,到该模具制造系统的选择,成形模具的结构,喷射系统,冷却系统,注塑机和相关参数检查的,均有详细的设计,同时拟定了模具工艺。
通过这样的设计,运用三维绘图软件UG成功设计出了塑料湿润水盒的三维模型及注塑模具,并用CAD作出其模具装配图及零件图,达到塑件所要求的加工性能。
