果蔬三维切丁机的传动系统分析与设计
摘要果蔬加工作为一种新兴食品工业产品正在国内兴起,由于其具有自然、新鲜、卫生和方便等特点,正日益受到消费者喜爱。但我国,果蔬加工机械却远远滞后于发展需求,并且价格昂贵。由此我们研制了多功能果蔬加工机,一机多用,取代了部分功能单一、效率低下、价格昂贵的进口机械。传动系统作为机器的重要部分,其好坏关系到果蔬切片、切丁的成品质量和工作效率等问题。进行传动系统的设计,确定推进器、圆盘刀轴、条刀轴之间的运动参数,为适应不同物料切削,提供不同的速度及动力,使之能够达到对块根状及叶菜状果蔬进行切片、丝、丁等规格形状的加工。同时应用新科技,采用先进的数字调速电机,省去复杂的变速机构与调节机构。试验表明,该设备出成率、效率达到进口机械水平,价格较进口设备降低50%以上,可填补此类机械的国内空白,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。
