摘要
如今,液压传动是一门比较成熟的技术,已广泛应用于机械制造、工程机械、农业机械、汽车制造以及锻压等机械行业。而其在实现高压、高速、大功率、高效率、低噪声、经久耐用,高度集成化等各项要求方面的显着优势使得这门技术有着更加广阔的发展前景。
作为世界加工中心,我国机械工业在国民经济中的基础作用越来越明显。液压机技术水平的高低直接影响到国家机械工业的发展水平。拥有自主的液压机设计技术是使国家机械工业能在世界竞争中取胜的重要保证,对其展开研究有重要的理论和实际意义。本文完成了一款液压机液压原理图的设计,并采用二维制图软件AutoCAD对其进行研究。提出了液压机的技术参数,根据其实际工矿拟定了液压原理图,然后根据设计参数完成液压元件的选型和计算。最后利用AutoCAD软件对液压机液压站、液压缸及主要零部件进行了设计,完成了液压机液压系统的设计。
