解放牌CA1041汽车后桥壳体加工工艺规程及铣床夹具设计 摘要:为了使汽车后桥壳体在加工工艺过程中保证其所要求的强度、精度和平整度,此次夹具体设计可更进一步配合机床完成整个加工过程中所需要的加紧力要求,以及铣平面加工过程的所需移动自由度的限制,从而保证零件尺寸及性能加工要求。在此次夹具体设计中通过了解零件加工尺寸及性能需求以及现状分析结合机械设计相关文献,学习公差尺寸以及配合标准。计算查找其进给量、切削量、配合公差以及所需夹紧力等。为进一步夹具设计提供必要基矗在整个夹具设计中,由于工件两端为圆柱体所以在加紧过程中采用V型块进行限位,并配合压条进一步限制其在Z轴上的移动,又通过中心盘与中心孔配合限制其在X、Y轴上的移动。实现加紧定位的目的。通过这次的工艺规程及夹具体设计我更进一步实现了理论与实践的相互统一,加强了在理论基础上对专业知识的巩固和细化,在此基础上也对夹具体的学习和了解有了更深一层次的认知,充分认识到设计的严谨性和专业性要求。最终此次的夹具体设计总共涵盖了一套工艺和一套夹具,夹具形式为手动夹紧。除此以外根据设计任务,还完成了面积总和为两张A0图纸的说明图,初步达到了老师要求。 关键词:后桥壳体;工艺规程;专用夹具 Process specificatio
