摘要
模具是大批量生产同型产品的工具,是工业生产的主要工艺装备。模具工业是国民经济的基础工业。
模具可保证冲压产品的尺寸精度,使产品质量稳定。而且在加工中不破坏产品表面。用模具生产零件可以采用冶金厂大量的廉价的轧制钢板或钢带为材料,而且在生产中不需要加热,具有生产效率高,质量好,重量轻,成本低节约能源和原材料等一系列的优点,是其他加工方法所不能比拟的。使用模具已经成为当代工业生产的重要手段和工艺发展方向。现代制造工业的发展和技术水平的提高,很大程度上取决于模具工业的发展。
本设计进行了冲压模具的设计。文中简要概述了冲压模具目前的发展状况和趋势。对产品进行了详细工艺分析和工艺方案的确定。进行了凹、凸模的闭合高度的计算并确定了模具的结构。计算并设计了本套模具上的主要零部件,如:凸模、凹模、凸模固定板、垫板、凹模固定板、卸料板、导板、挡料销等。选定了合理的冲压设备。设计中对工作零件和压力机规格均进行了必要的校核计算。此外,本模具采用挡料销挡料。模具的冲压凸模用固定板固定,便于调整间隙;冲压凹模则采用整体固定板固定。
