转向臂零件数控加工工艺、加工仿真
摘要:本文介绍了转向臂零件加工工艺的基本类型及工艺规程,并重点对工艺过程和数控仿真加工过程进行了分析探讨。本文主要利用三维软件来设计仿真加工的全部过程。本文设计的转向臂,在工农业中的应用非常广泛。通过分析其在锤上模锻的变形过程,应用金属塑性变形基本原理,制定了转向臂的成形工艺。在设计过程中,根据转向臂零件的各种参数,分析了其由坯料变为成形锻件的变形过程,制定出了较为合理的工艺流程;由转向臂锻件的制坯过程,设计出了较为经济,使用方便,较为合理的加工过程。
