XZ280龙门铣走刀箱减速箱部分设计
摘要
机械加工行业中,铣床是其中的支柱产品,各种机械装备中的大小零件,几乎会有铣削加工的工序在里面,从改革开放以来,我们国家大量引进国外先进生产经验,配合国内市场需求,设计制造了大量新型的机床产品,其中铣床占了相当一部分,随着科技的发展,我国经济水平也迅速发展。铣床工业在国民经济中的作用越来越明显,尤其是随着多轴CNC技术的普及发展,传统手工加工方式逐渐被计算机代替,一个完成的零件从预思构想,到成品出库越来越依赖计算机的控制,产品精度以及一致性相对以前的手动加工产品有了一个质的提高。因此铣床设计水平的高低直接影响产品的质量及生产要求。作为国家工业的基础,铣床的设计、制造、以及加工质量对其他的产业的发展也奠定了工业基础,起着十分重要的支柱作用。
龙门铣床在各种机加工工具中有刚性好、效率高、操作方便几大优点,特别适合大型零件的机加工,它的结构简单,性能全面且切削质量高。龙门铣床特别适用于各种机械上的大中型有色金属零件的平面、斜面沟槽的铣削加工,龙门铣床除了可以铣削平面,大多数的龙门铣床经过少量改装,还可以进行镗孔和钻孔加工,大大拓展了龙门铣床的加工范围,可以承接各类工件的制造加工。
本设计针对的是龙门铣床上横向走刀箱部件的整体设计,该走刀箱是控制龙门铣床的刀具进行横向移动的一部件,由于它直接控制了刀具的横向移动,因此走刀箱结构的设计精度对整个龙门铣床的加工精度有决定性的影响,设计这个龙门铣床的横向走刀箱,该走刀箱,采用三相交流变频电机控制转速,箱体内使用蜗轮蜗杆机构进行减速加载,整体设计可靠,工作稳定型高,具有较高的推广使用价值。
