带孔弯曲件的冷冲模设计 摘要 随着中国制造业的发展,模具行业也得到了快速的发展和更广泛的应用。本文针对带孔弯曲件的模具设计,介绍了连续模的设计方法和步骤,分析、比较了三种类型模具(单工序模,连续模,复合模)的优缺点,同时,确定了带孔弯曲件的制造工序和模具选用的最佳方案。设计的方法和步骤主要从工件的各项性能,工件的成型工序,模具的各部件设计,模具的强度校核及模具的制造工艺等几个方面入手。 本次设计的难点主要在于加工工序的安排,如何保证模具的可靠性和精度,设计出的模具符合工厂现有条件下进行生产,并最大限度的降低劳动强度,提高生产效率。模具的设计过程中,包含了工件的排样,凹模凸模、卸料装置、凸模固定板等主要模具零部件的设计制造。在对整副模具完成设计后,按技术要求画出模具的三维造型和二维图纸。 关键字:连续模,带孔;弯曲;模具;工序 Abstract with the tra
