便车窗玻璃升降器外壳冲压模具设计 摘要 模具是工业生产中重要的工艺装备，是国民经济各部门发展的重要基础之一。复合模是一种复杂、精密的冲压模具，它具有高效率、高精度和高寿命等优越性，适用于各种冲压行业的自动化生产。复合模涉及冲压成形理论、冲压工艺、模具设计与制造以及模具材料中的许多关键技术。 本设计是针对便车窗玻璃升降器外壳冲压模具设计，设计先根据板件的结构特点及工艺特性进行工艺分析，再结合现今模具生产厂家的具体经验进行结构设计，切实将设计做到能够应用在实际生产中，使模具更具有实用性。 该工件结构特点适宜采用冷冲模进行生产，所以对冷冲压与模具的相关知识进行了简单介绍。本设计对复合模的工艺特点、组成、具体工作过程进行了阐述、并对组成模具的部分部件进行了分析。 关键词：升降器外壳;冲压模具;拉深;冲裁;翻边；模具设计； Abstract Mould& Die is importa
