星轮行星轮可爬楼梯式轮椅车设计 摘要 随着社会的发展,先进的科技给人们的生活带来了很多方便,但也给残疾人带来了好多麻烦,诸如汽车越来越多,就会造成更多的车祸,会使残疾人越来越多。楼层越来越高,带台阶的地方也越来越多。这就给残疾人的出行带来了好多不便。 在日常生活中,我们会很容易地发现那些下肢部分有残疾的人在生活中常常会碰到很多麻烦。随着社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高,残疾人的生活上的问题和面临的困难也越来越引起人们的重视。 为了解决这一麻烦,我通过查找资料和研究设计了一种轮椅车。它通过星轮行星轮之间的运行转换而实现爬楼梯和平地运行。当齿式离合器放松时,链轮带动星轮转动,他在平地行走,等齿式离合器把箱体锁紧时,整个齿轮系成为整个刚体,它通过翻转可以爬上楼梯结构简单,经济实惠,安全可靠,可以适应大部分的地形,可以解决大部分残疾人的出行问题。第一章通过市场的调研,看一看产品的市场前景。第二章是通过研究履带式轮椅、步进式轮椅、翻转式轮椅而确定设计方案为星轮行星轮式。第三章是设计原理,第四章设计的计算,受力的分析,可靠性的计算等。第五章是结构的设计,先是齿轮传动设计,再是链轮传动设计,最后是轴的设计,车架的设计。最后是总结,致谢和参考文献。 关键字:星轮行星轮;齿式离合器;传动 abstract With the developme
