摘要
旋转超声振动钻孔机是一种复合式并且具有多功能的旋转超声振动钻孔机,为了适应我国深基础工程和连续墙以及水利工程、桥梁工程的发展与需要等,结合大口径的旋转超声振动钻孔机灌注桩和地下连续墙施工的特点,为解决在复杂地层、硬岩石中成孔而研制,特别是卵石层、漂石层、基石能够大幅度地提高施工效率,在各种成孔方法中是比较经济且有效的方法。
旋转超声振动钻孔机是回转与冲击钻进工艺于一体的多功能复合型旋转超声振动钻孔机,用钻头回转钻进时可用于第四世纪的覆盖层之类,冲击钻进时可以用于卵石、灰岩石、花岗岩等硬岩地层。
该旋转超声振动钻孔机的特点有结构简单,紧凑,而且各种操作手柄布置合理,操作简单,便于使用与维护。
