0.5T座式焊接变位机+SolidWorks三维模型
摘要 在我国经济快速发展的今天,焊接用变位机的发展也得到了前所未有的发展,在近几年的发展中,不同种类的变位机层出不穷,给工人的工作工件平带来了便捷式的发展。在目前的焊接用设备的生产和制造上,不断的机械化的生产的背景下,在传统的使用手动的方式进行变位大的形势,工作的效率是比较低的、而且在操作上存在的困难,使得买变位机的经济划算的存在,还在变位上节省时间。本次设计的的变位机,适用于在焊接和工厂需求,以及在维修上使用,在现有的市场上变位机的设计和发展受到了工人在工作上的追捧,因此在本次的设计中,主要针对的焊接座式变位机的结构的设计,完成本次课题相关的设计内容。 在本次的座式变位机的设计中,在机构的构思上参考了市场上的大型的变位机的结构设计的方案,对一般的焊接使用的变位机的结构进行构思和设计研究,变位机的整体结构上设计而言,在设计中重点对变位机上的回转的工作机构、台面部件、直流减速系统的设计等方进行了重点的结构分析和设计。使得设计的步骤首先在明确本次设计的座式变位机的设计任务,在设计的要求上以及设计的背景的情况下,广泛的查找相关的设计的资衣,深入明确变位机的结构设计的纲领,并通过绘制三维的设计,对其中变位机的重要部件做了一些相关的建模,完成座式变位机的装配结构设计[2],并不断的实现部件的优化性的设计,最后对座式变位机的绘制CAD结构图纸,完成了三维的总装图和相应的部件图。 关键词:变位机、回转、减速系统 Abstract With the rapid developme
