KST1015叉杆的加工工艺及铣60前上端面夹具设计
摘要
夹具在机械加工中起着重要的作用,它直接影响着机械加工的质量,生产效率和成本,因此,夹具设计是机械工艺准备和施工中的一项重要工作。本文对KST1015叉杆的结构和工艺进行了分析,确定了机械加工工艺路线,制订出了零件的铸造工艺方案和机械加工工艺规程,并为加工零件60前端面设计了一套专用铣床夹具。
专用夹具的设计内容有定位方案、定位元件的选择与确定;夹紧方案、夹紧元件的选择与确定;夹具体的设计;铣削力以及夹紧力的计算与分析等。最后,通过CAD绘图软件完成夹具装配图及夹具体零件图的绘制。
通过本次设计在保证产品质量、提高劳动生产率、降低成本、缩短生产周期及改善劳动条件等方面有了较大的改观。
