儿童电动摇摇车结构设计
摘要
国内经济快速发展,人们的生活水平提高了很多,在对待孩子的问题上,更是尽一切所能让他们能拥有一个快乐的童年,自从这个摇摇车投放到市场以来,反响非常热烈,几乎所有的小孩都喜欢坐在摇摇车上进行“摇摆”。因此,对其进行设计和研究是非常有意义的。
本次设计的主要内容是电动摇摇车的结构设计。在指导老师提供的任务的基础上,对其进行了相应的分析、设计、校核等内容。设计之初通过资料的查阅,了解和掌握电动摇摇车的用途、工作原理、特点等内容,为后面的设计夯实基矗对总体方案中涉及到的电动机、轴承等标准零部件进行选择与确定,对总体方案中涉及到的带轮、V带、轴等主要零件进行设计、计算、校核与确定。
完成了上面的设计之后,绘制出了机构装配图,编写了本设计说明书,圆满的完成了本次设计的所有任务,在巩固大学所学知识的同时,还为自己步入社会夯实基矗
