飞机助力器液压操纵杆加工工艺及夹具设计
摘要
现代化的机械行业结构变化很大,对于加工单位来说设计工艺水平对他们的影响是非常关键的。夹具行业的发展是非常快的,里面设计的是飞机助力器液压操纵杆的加工工艺及钻削Ф1.5圆柱孔。一开始阐述了零件,之后将毛坯的加工形式确定下来,将工艺路线定下来,还有将机械加工余量,切削余量等等都定下来。用绘图软件将零部件的三维图纸,零件图纸,还有毛坯图纸都画出来。设计专用夹具的时候,将定位的办法,还有夹紧办法都定下来,确定下来定位零部件,夹紧零部件,确定下导向庄子等等。将切削力和夹紧力的数值算出来。里面的夹紧用的是液压实现的,这种夹紧方式不复杂,所以整个装置都是非常便利的,夹紧要求完全可以实现。
在将夹具的装配图立体图纸画出来的时候用的是PROE程序,将装配图还有非标零件图纸画出来的时候用的是AutoCAD程序。
