汽车连杆的加工工艺及夹具设计 摘要 现代化的机械行业结构变化很大,对于加工单位来说设计工艺水平对他们的影响是非常关键的。夹具行业的发展是非常快的,里面设计的是汽车连杆的加工工艺及夹具设计。 一开始阐述了零件,之后将毛坯的加工形式确定下来,将工艺路线定下来,还有将机械加工余量,切削余量等等都定下来。用绘图软件将零部件的三维图纸,零件图纸,还有毛坯图纸都画出来。本次专用夹具为钻削Ф8.5及Ф10孔而设计的钻床专用夹具。设计专用夹具的时候,将定位的方案,还有夹紧方案都定下来,确定下来定位零件,夹紧部件,确定导向装置等等,将切削力和夹紧力的数值算出来。 在将夹具的装配图立体图纸画出来的时候用的是PROE软件,将装配图还有非标零件图纸画出来的时候用的是AutoCAD软件。 关键词:汽车连杆、加工工艺、钻削、Ф8.5及Ф10孔 ABSTRACT The structure of the moder
