日用陶瓷灌浆生产线主传动设计 摘要 在日用陶瓷领域,主要还是依靠手工生产,生产的瓷器存在磕伤、凿伤、缺渣等缺点。随着市场需求量的增长,人工生产效率相对较低。对如何提高生产质量和生产率是广大陶瓷生产企业必须面对的问题。 日用陶瓷灌浆生产线主传动可实现生产过程的传动。本设计采用链传动装置实现对整体过程的传动,提高生产效率,减少对瓷器的损伤。 由于受多种载荷的影响,模具装夹装置会产生弯曲变形,影响生产质量及效率。影响因素,装置本身的质量、模具的质量和泥浆的质量。本文针对装置受力情况,对其进行受力分析,通过分析结果简化设计。 设计的主要内容如下: (1)根据实际需求,拟定设计方案。 (2)有关参数的选择和处理,确定生产线的设计。 关键词:日用陶瓷;生产线;链条传动 The Desig
