子母双筒洗衣机结构设计
摘要
现在,国内和国外的洗衣机分为很火类别,大致可分为波轮式洗衣机、滚筒式洗衣机、搅拌式洗衣机,从手动洗衣到自动洗衣,洗衣机经历了一次又一次的改进与更新,从节能型到智能型,洗衣机的更新换代见证了科技的发展。当前,商场里的洗衣机种类各种各样,百花齐放。但是有大小2个桶的洗衣机很少见,能将外套和内衣物分开同时洗的的洗衣机,基于以上考虑,提出了子母双筒洗衣机机构设计的课题,本文设计一种能将外衣物和内衣物分开洗的洗衣机。
本文主要研究洗衣机的机械结构,设计子母双筒结构,大桶的洗衣量为6kg,小桶的洗衣量为2kg,同时对洗衣机的动力传动进行计算和选型,本次设计将对以后的工作有很大帮助。
