F40螺旋板式换热器机械设计
摘要
本是关于换热面积为40㎡的螺旋板式换热器的设计,目的是设计一个设计参数要求的螺旋板式换热器,利用螺旋板式换热器的高效换热性惊醒对热废液的废热利用,余热回收对于废热水的余热回收。
查阅换热器相关书籍,根据其中所给的公式进行设计。主要对螺旋板换热器的中心隔板宽度、螺旋圈数、外径长度等主要结构参数根据设计任务书所给出的压力、换热面积等数据对其进行计算。然后对螺旋板换热器的结构强度,制作工艺,主体结构,结构材料以及其他的零部件进行设计和选择,从而达到设计一个符合任务书的螺旋板式换热器。
本的开始简要的描述了螺旋板式换热器的分类、发展历程以及螺旋板式换热器的结构特点和螺旋板式换热器的分类。本的后面主要是对于换热器的结构和其他的常用数据进行计算,然后对换热器的其它部件进行选择和效验。
