法兰盘的机械加工工艺及钻3-Ф6孔工装夹具设计
摘要
本课题研究的零件是法兰盘,通过查阅资料,制订零件的工艺过程卡,再根据《机械制造工艺设计简明手册》,制订出各加工表面的加工方案和毛坯余量。
法兰盘夹具有许多种,在这里设计钻3-Ф6H8孔的夹具,钻夹具以Φ45端面和Φ15孔来定位;定位元件选用芯轴;以六角螺母、圆垫圈、可调支承钉、螺栓、移动压板和带肩六角螺母等组成的夹紧机构夹紧工件;并以钻模板、快换钻套和衬套组成的导向机构来控制麻花钻的位置。
