200Z41W25P阀门设计 [摘要]闸阀的使用在现代化生产中十分重要,其身影在人类的生产生活中随处可见。闸阀的研究能够带动人类经济生产,在各类生产系统中极大的提高经济效益,节约能源。 如何正确设计和选用闸阀是实现闸阀的密封性能、调节性能、实用性能、安全性能和流通性能的关键所在。在本次设计中,主要对阀体、阀板、密封面等进行了了解与设计,通过对介质温度、压力、腐蚀性等因素的考虑,对阀门的通用专用零件进行了计算与设计。最后对阀门的精度要求,制造、验收与装配进行了认识与了解,让阀门整体能够发挥出最完美的效果。 [关键词]闸阀;阀体;密封面 200Z41w25p Valve Desig
