摘要
园林绿化机械作为林业机械的一个分支,它的发展只有50年左右的历史,它是随着城市园林化,特别是草坪业的发展,而逐步发展壮大起来。良好的环境,合理的生态系统,是人类赖以生存和发展的不可缺少的摇篮。随着生活水平的提高,人们对生活环境的要求也越来越高。绿篱在城市道路和园林绿化中也占有重要地位。
文章对遥控割草机硬件结构做了详细的可行性分析及设计,本次设计采用直流电机作为驱动,改变了传统的汽油机的结构。本文收线确认方案,然后做了相应的计算、校核,主要包括:驱动轮电机和转向轮电机的选择及其驱动电路的设计;齿轮的设计计算和校核;前后减震系统以及转向机构设计和车体的一些机械结构设计等。
