摘要
数控技术是技术性极强的工作,尤其在机械加工领域应用最为广泛,所以这要求从业人员具有很高的机械加工工艺知识,数控编程知识和数控操作技能。
本次设计在开头讲解了数控加工技术内外发展现状,第二个章节对零件图进行分析了解产品结构和尺寸。第三个章节主要是对零件的需要加工的部位及加工方法进行说明书、对零件毛坯进行了选择、选定零件的定位基准和加工工艺路线、加工机床和使用的刀具进行选择,在章节的后面确定了加工刀具的切削参数,填写数控加工工艺卡片。第四章对零件的编程方法进行了选择,选择为自动编程。讲述了在UG软件内如何创建几何体、刀具。接着讲述了平面铣加工的操作、钻孔加工操作、型腔铣加工操作,完成零件的加工。在文章的最后章节对零件进行仿真加工,确保加工刀路和工艺安排正确,把程序后处理出来,完成本次设计。
