基于plc的万能铣床电气控制系统改造含7张CAD图+说明书
摘要 可编程控制器(PLC)作为控制系统的核心装置,功能强大、性能稳定可靠。在现代工业自动化生产中得到了广泛的应用。取得了理想的控制效果。 X62W型万能铣床是目前国内生产的结构比较完善,通用性能强,应用比较广泛的一种典型铣床。主要用于加工平面,斜面,沟槽和成形面以及螺旋面的加工。本机床刚性好,生产效率高,工艺范围广。但它的电气控制部分大多数还是采用传统的继电器控制,继电器、接触器是一些电磁开关。由励磁线圈、铁心磁路、触点等部件组成。通过继电器接触器等其它控制元件的线路连接,可以实现一定的控制逻辑,从而实现设备的各种操作控制。 本以X62W万能铣床为背景,对其电气控制系统进行PLC改造,理论与实践相结合,详细阐述了可编程控制器PLC技术在X62W万能铣床控制系统中的应用。论在程序设计之前,首先对现有铣床控制系统进行电路分析,了解其基本控制原理。而后对控制方案的论证与设计;本文利用三菱公司生产的FX2N系列PLC对其控制系统进行改造,最后利用其编程软件GX WORKS2软件进行程序的编写。 关键词:可编程控制器,万能铣床,电气控制 Abstract Programmable logic co
