摘要
没有理论指导的实践是盲目的实践,没有实践的理论是空洞的理论。随着数控技术的不断发展和应用领域的扩大本次设计主要研究了轴类配合件的造型以及对其模型的设计与数控加工。零件加工中涉及了数控车床加工、编程、CAD制图等,在对所加工零件进行工艺分析额基础上,拟定了加工方案。选择了合适的刀具、量具,确定了切削用量。对加工中存在的一些工艺问题(对刀点、加工路线也做了必要的处理),加工出了合格的产品。通过整个加工的过程的制定,充分体现了数控加工技术在保证加工精度、加工效率,简化工序等方面的优势。它主要用来研究机械数控加工的、以及各种机械加工中要注意的问题。
