轴承架的铣Ф54前端面夹具设计及加工工工艺含非标6张CAD图+说明书
摘要 现在制造业发展迅速,出现很多非标零件。这些非标零件在进行机械加工的时候,因零件不规则,装夹不方便。因此,需要设计专用夹具对其进行装夹和加工。 这次设计的专用夹具是用来生产轴承架零件,设计分为两大内容,一个是设计轴承架零件加工工艺,另一部分是设计铣Ф54前端面铣床专用夹具。刚开始对其进行设计时,我查看了很多的资料,定位是怎么进行的,怎么样对零部件进行夹紧,了解了这些知识后。还掌握夹具行业状况,涉及哪些专业等。 加工工艺设计内容有:绘制零件图,分析零件构造,确定零件生产形势,确定加工余量,绘制毛坯图。而后编写工艺路线和工序卡。确定相应的切削用量并对其进行计算等。夹具设计内容有:确定了零件装夹时,定位方法和夹紧方法。将定位的零部件还有夹紧的零部件都确定下来,分析在定位时候的偏差,将夹具的装配图纸,还有详细的非标零件图都画出来;撰写设计说明书,对本次设计进行总结。 关键词:专用夹具、轴承架、加工工艺、铣Ф54前端面、铣床 Abstract The ma
