摘要
夹具设计对每一个理工科学生而言都是必不可少的,夹具的设计和研究为今后的学生和工作将提供很大的帮助。
本文设计的任务是右支架座零件的加工工艺分析及其扩2-Ф43.5孔的夹具设计。在充分了解零件的结构后,对其毛坯尺寸、制造类型、基准、加工的工艺路线进行了确定;然后依据设计的加工工艺路线,对每一个工序进行计算。
本次设计扩2-Ф43.5孔专用钻床夹具,在减少停机时间的同时,还提高生产效率。在进行该专用夹具设计的时候,首先应该是建立在对零件的工艺进行分析、选择粗精基准、进行必要计算的基础上,对所要加工的工序做好定位基准的选择,对夹具中的切削力及夹紧力做出计算。计算出夹具定位时产生的定位误差,分析夹具结构的合理性与不足之处,并在以后设计中注意改进。
