摘要
由于数控技术的广泛运用,数控已经是加工制造业重要的组成部分,有一套完善的加工流程对数控铣削有着至关重要的作用。本次设计是零件的工艺分析来设计的,主要任务是选择合适的机床、刀具、夹具、量具,通过对零件的形状、设计基准以及技术要求来进行加工工艺分析,制定工艺卡片。
本次设计共分为五章。第一章是对数控技术的简单介绍。第二章是零件图纸的分析。第三章是加工工艺分析,包括了零件加工内容分析、加工方案的确定、确定装夹方案、加工机床的选择。第四章是刀具与切削用量的选择以及拟定数控铣削加工工艺卡片。第五章讲述了使用编程软件对零件进行编程加工仿真的过程。
