基于CAD的电机冲片模具设计
摘要:本次设计的模具主要是利用冲压技术。冲压是利用安装在冲压设备上的模具对材料施加压力,使其产生分离或塑性变形,从而获得所需零件的一种压力加工方法。
这次设计的题目是电机冲片工艺分析及模具设计。零件为电机冲片,材料为08F,因为该零件的结构简单且对称,要求的尺寸精度不高,所以采用单工序落料模,板料在一个位置完成落料,即可冲压出所需的外形,提高了工作效率。并且还保证了零件的各项尺寸精度要求。
整个设计过程包括了工艺分析,确定排样方式,冲压工艺力的计算,凸凹模间隙值的确定,凹凸模尺寸的计算等。在确定凸凹模间隙值时采用单边最小间隙值c=0.02~0.03mm。但是,整个设计的过程的重中之重则是对凸凹模是设计。先设计凹模的尺寸,在进行凹凸模间隙值的确定,间隙值取在凸模上,进而确定凸模的尺寸。这样设计出来的凹凸模符合规格要求。另外,在设计的时候考虑到零件在冲裁时可能会不平整,就设计了弹顶器。并且为了零件不变形,采用上出料的方式出料。最后,使用UG的建模功能,绘制部分零件的立体图,并进行仿真。
